In spite of hard times and global uncertainties we mark our creative presence...

 

Piraeus Academy has left its imprint as an important creative 'nucleus' in modern alternative youth culture.

 

Within its five years of operation, it hosted 200 productions (collaborations) with artists and producers that reached  300,000 spectators.

 

The creative space accommodated many concert productions of important artists both from the international and the domestic scene such as Patti Smith, John Carpenter, The Waterboys, Giannis Aggelakas, Pavlos Pavlidis, K. Beta, Megadeth, Ministry, Monster Magnet, 1000MODS, Planet of Zeus , Vodka Juniors, Βέβηλος, Active Member, Social Waste, Marky Ramone, The Black Angels, Mogwai, ΛΕΞ, ΤΖΑΜΑΛ, Στίχοιμα, Kovacs, Marina and the Diamonds, Brit Floyd, Toquel, Iratus, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Parkway Drive, Paradise Lost, Apocalyptica, Rotting Christ, Septic Flesh, Villagers of Ioannina City, The Stranglers, Allah-Las, Lee Scratch Perry, while also giving young artists the platform to showcase their craft through high quality productions.

 

With the beginning of the pandemic, the first life cycle of Piraeus Academy was completed, having left an indelible mark on the cultural events sector.

 

After two years of the pandemic, we are now adapting to what is POSSIBLE and VIABLE while continuing our creative flight over the grey urban sky...

 

And now... Loulou is Present is born!

 

Loulou is now present in our lives aiming to fulfil the promise we made to our thousands of friends concerning our return to the city's cultural happenings.

 

Its heart beats in the centre of Athens, at number 105 on Piraeus street.

 

Its main goal is to host renowned and up-and-coming artists of the international and domestic scene, theatrical performances, art exhibitions and other cultural extravaganzas.
